  1. Delivery Policy

  1.1 Processing & Shipping

  Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment.

  For custom-built or made-to-order products, processing time may range between 5–10 business days depending on specifications.

  1.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 7–10 business days across India.
  • Remote areas: May take additional time depending on courier service availability.
  • Bulk or B2B orders: Delivery time will be communicated individually by our logistics team.

  1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 (prepaid only).
  • For orders below ₹2,000: Flat ₹100 shipping charge may apply.
  • Heavy or large items may incur additional handling fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

  1.4 Tracking Your Order

  Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  2. Return & Replacement Policy

  Your satisfaction is our priority. In case you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer an easy return and replacement policy.

  2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals/invoice.

  2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built control panels or configured products.
  • Used or installed products.
  • Products purchased under final clearance or “non-returnable” marked items.
  • Items with tampered warranty seals or missing parts.

  2.3 Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us via email (support@pomapower.com) or WhatsApp with:
     • Order ID
     • Images/videos of the item and packaging
     • Reason for return
  2. Approval: Our team will review and approve valid return requests.
  3. Pickup or Return Instructions: For eligible pin codes, we will arrange a pickup. Alternatively, customers may be asked to ship the product to our return warehouse.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Upon receiving the returned product, we inspect it within 3–5 business days. A replacement, store credit, or refund is issued within 7–10 business days based on the case.

  2.4 Refunds

  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items sent by us.

  3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they are not dispatched.
  • Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
