Order & Return Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Our order and return policies are as follows:

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Any delays will be communicated via email.

2. Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order might have been dispatched.

3. Returns & Replacements

• Eligible for returns within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
• In case of damage during shipping, replacement will be prioritized.
